I can’t and don’t want to take H.R.T. as i have breast lumps, only fibriody but it is getting so bad i am really tempted to try it. The doc is going to try me on something called Choillrodine or something, however i know this is really used for depression, but it is supposed to really help hot flushes. I don’t want to go on it as i don’t like anything like that. I am covered in a red itchy rash all over my body due to heat and sweat i produce during my flushe’s.
