What Causes IBS?

The cause of IBS has never been diagnosed just speculated. Although there are many symptoms associated with, IBS the cause has not been traced to one eliminate. Medical journals suggest people diagnosed with IBS experience an over absorbed about of fluid in the colon, which is sensitive to stress triggers and certain foods. IBS causes and symptoms can result from:

Stimuli from stress and foods will trigger the colon to respond, which would not bother the average person. Nevertheless, when you have IBS the pain from strong stimuli is excruciating. Enzymes can reinstate normal bowel functions while strengthening your immune system.

The epithelium (colon lining), is affected by the nervous and immune systems, which regulates passage of liquids through the colon. When IBS is present, the epithelium fails to work in a positive manner. The ending result is stool absorbs too much fluid. In some IBS suffers, stimulated colon movement is not present and constipation beings to develop. Enzymes can help to repair the protective lining within the digestive tract and regulate the colon activity and fluid absorption.

Individuals, whom suffer with IBS, will continue to experience increased discomfort of the colon lining when change occurs in their emotions, or events and stress levels. For many individuals with IBS, changing eating habits by selecting foods that do not trigger symptoms of gas, bloating or cramping, helps to reduce IBS symptoms. However, the IBS never eliminates the pain and discomfort entirely. To increase the ease of pain and discomfort consider adding an all-natural enzyme capsule to your diet.
