		<description>Most fruits and veggies trigger my IBS symtoms . I can hardly eat any especially gassy ones like broccoli. I find soluble fiber foods help the most like white rice, white bagels, potatoes, carrots, soy, etc.</description>

		<description>I myself have a very hard time eating greens as I do not like their taste or consistency.  The trick is to make the meal seem more appealing.  Cooking it in foods that they really like and trying different spices can make a vast improvement in your child&#039;s health food intake.</description>

		<description>I agree with you 100%. Broccoli is so good for you and it does wonderful things for your body. I just wish my kids could see it that way. They only see a yucky vegetable that they want nothing to do with. Thanks for this info, you guys really know your stuff!!</description>
