Broccoli: The Vegetable With Fiber

Ever since you were a child your parents were always telling you to eat your vegetables. Now that you are an adult you might be telling your children and other children to do the same thing. By eating vegetables you are giving your body nutrients that are imperative for survival and good health.

    I agree with you 100%. Broccoli is so good for you and it does wonderful things for your body. I just wish my kids could see it that way. They only see a yucky vegetable that they want nothing to do with. Thanks for this info, you guys really know your stuff!!

    I myself have a very hard time eating greens as I do not like their taste or consistency. The trick is to make the meal seem more appealing. Cooking it in foods that they really like and trying different spices can make a vast improvement in your child’s health food intake.

    Most fruits and veggies trigger my IBS symtoms . I can hardly eat any especially gassy ones like broccoli. I find soluble fiber foods help the most like white rice, white bagels, potatoes, carrots, soy, etc.
