		<description>Thanks for the article. It&#039;s concise and all true. I&#039;ve been suffering from gout for the past 8 years, many times the pain has been unbearable. Cherries and green tea help a bunch but the diet and exercise are very important to reducing the number of attacks. I average 3 bouts a year now with gout.
