It’s interesting how as we learn more about health conditions, we discover many of them are linked together. Few would have thought migraines, depression and fibromyalgia could be linked to IBS, but in many ways each condition can trigger others.

Fibromyalgia means “pain in muscles and fibrous tissue.” It has been described as feeling like a never-ending flu.
In the past, it has been known by many other names such as chronic muscle pain syndrome, fibrositis, tension myalgias and psychogenic rheumatism.
